As a professional human resource generalist and consultant, Ron is often called upon in the area of labor law interpretation and policy/procedure writing with the focus on practically, strategically, and relationally synergizing the human resource systems of the organization with the development of their leadership and employees to bring about a relationally focused culture.
Ron is President of Synergistic Resource Associates (SRA), a full service human resource/ development consulting firm, located in Placentia CA.
Clients range from worldwide organizations such as Toyota Motor Sales, United Airlines the Canadian government, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, organizations supporting ministry such as Forest Home Conference Center, Compassion International, Turning Point Ministries, Evangelical Christian Credit Union, and Christian Leadership Alliance coupled with various churches and for-profit organizations.
In 1993, he was presented an honorary degree in Human Resource Management while in Kiev, Ukraine as a result of consulting and training in the areas of team building and leadership with the Government Ministers and newly formed Company Owners of the country.
As a human resource specialist, Ron is often called upon in the area of labor law interpretation and policy/procedure writing with the line-of-sight focus of strategic change management while transforming both the people and systems within the organization.
As one who develops others, you readily observe his passion to see Christian men and women grow into leaders that understand what it means to think Christianly within the workplace and life. Following Ron’s passion is the drive to help men and women understand the value of the relationship and growing it in others.
Besides working full-time consulting, Ron has instructed at Biola University since 1979 and currently teaches in both the Masters’ in Organizational Leadership, and BOLD programs, classes ranging from Leadership and Group Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, to Relationship Awareness and Personal Conflict Management and Resolution. This spring he was invited to facilitate both Ethics and Strategic Processes for Human Resource professionals within the Human Resource Design program at Claremont Graduate University, receiving the highest marks of any instructor in the program.
Ron and his wife live in California.
Currently Ron is doing research in the area of passion and learning models…he knows when men and women learn how to discover that “fire in their belly” they will understand more about how they are created in God’s image and where they can best serve within the body of Christ.
Ron's passion is seeing men and women grow beyond their paradigm and the "box" they so often place themselves within. His desire is to be where God desires him to be, to share what God desires him to share.
